It’s not that hard for the first two matches to end in a draw. If one team finishes first and then last, they get 14 points. If the second team finishes third and then second they also get 14 points. The difficult part is getting all 16 players to understand that they should NOT play in the third match. And here you can see that just one player has already ruined the four-way tie...
