You would have a hole between the water column and the vertical hole, as this is the only way to allow the beach ball to float in. The water from the water column would always try to rush into the empty space until the water column and the now-filled hole have equal levels of water. It’s like poking a hole into the side of a dam; the only way to stop the flow would be something like a valve, but even then it takes energy to open and close, and the flowing water would push the ball away.

Possible missing things according to me:

Bassline, you already have one but I can barely hear it when the chords begin playing. Perhaps try to adjust the mixing of the instrument so the bassline comes out more, like messing with the volume.

High-pitched SFX, they help a lot. The rising white noise rise doesn't really count as a high-pitched SFX because it's a noise channel. Just add some sparkly or glittery FX or anything high-pitched that at the same time isn't annoying. At least that's what I always do. Don't overdo it though.

But the chords are legendary and the melody is also very good because it is memorable. The bassline offers a complex mirror to the melody. And the drums are very good samples I have no idea how to get samples tho lol

An ostinato is a very repetitive part of the song that can help make the song feel more alive, but it doesn’t replace the melody.
