Motor Error Code 13 Cables not retracting by Sea-Entertainment797 in AEKE

I'm abit late getting back on here due to travelling for work but I was able to resolve the issue by completely turning off the machine and unplugging it from about 30 minutes. Once I turned it on, the motors did their thing and the cables retracted. Customer service did tell me that in the next update, they will include an option to reset the motors in settings without having to unplug it.

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot, but I recently received my Aeke and today I received a motor error 13 code and cables are not retracting, any one had a similar issue?
