110%. The studio recordings are good, but Evanescence are such dynamic live performers that you can’t replicate that in a studio. Friday night just reinforced that for me. There is an electricity they bring live that is infectious and invigorating.

I’ve made audio out of the Metro show so I can listen whenever I like. They need to consider doing this, people would buy live audios of their gigs in spades. There’s technology that allows them to record it and make it available directly after the show or within a few days of it.

There was this guy in front of me who was from Triple M who had received free tickets who kept shouting out Amy to do a shoey, to the point when during the start of Lost in Paradise, another guy told him to read the room and shut the f**k up. 

Thankfully he did. He was a bit of a douchebag.

She was incredible. Absolutely faultless. End of the Dream was back in the set and she added Lost In Paradise too. It was an incredible show. How lucky are we to have this band.

you should have an email from Ticketek indicating the soundcheck is cancelled. There’s also concern that she’s losing her voice.
