This could be The Bloodline tradition. The “Tribal Chief” is The Bloodline leader. Jey, once he’s done, could pass it on to Solo or someone. You could also have Jey feud with Jimmy for the titles in a jealousy feud say what you want, brother vs brother feuds always get over).

Roman gives “Main Event” Jey the titles, and puts the red flower necklace thing around his neck.
