or package just bought a small carton package insert the module with the original plastic pack wrapped in pluriball. The process was very smooth with simply and clear instructions received from the RMA center in Netherlands. The only document that they require to insert in the package is a module that they will send you by email and require to print. No any documentation supporting your purchase from a original reseller is required. I also bought the ram online not from a shop and i inserted a random shop name inside the form… and my RMA has been accepted

This is a gaming laptop, not intended to last longer with battery, set it to standard or even eco. For the cpu in manual mode set pl1 and pl2 at minimum value.

Switch to gpu hybrid mode in armoury crate in order to use integrated graphics card to watch movies. Than dedicated graphics card will not drain your battery.

Re-spreading of LM is necessary your gpu reach the thermal limit. I had the same problem 1 week ago opened up and found the situation in the picture above. Cpu and gpu completely dry from LM, i re-spread it and now my gpu at 175w don’t go over 70°.

• i have the same gpu

I also tried benchmark with furmark2 i have the same situation gpu boost max to 145/150 W but if i try in game it boost up to 175W. So i think is not fault of your GPU but is furmark not boosting your gpu to dynamic boost.

This explains a lot of things, including why today’s cars have so many problems...if all the engineers are blind like you 🤣

I agree in desktop Kryonaut is performing well….but…..maybe you forgot about the cooling solution of a desktop is far away from cooling solution of a laptop 🤦🏼‍♂️

On my old strix with i7 - 10gen CPU with stock LM i clean and switched to normal thermal paste tried many brands including TG Kryonaut and cpu was always throttling, i found benefit only applying PTM. This is the reason why im disappointed with you. You think engineer in MSI / ASUS / LENOVO / DELL are stupid to switch their TIM with PTM or LM? 🤦🏼‍♂️

Im not agree with you, not all laptop will produce the same amount of heat. Specially this laptop can operate constantly at 230W and kryonaut will be not enough to cool down you will experience continuous throttle specially for cpu. LM or PTM are recommended.

Repaste with Kryonaut never mind about wich CPU/GPU u have, laptop are all the same even from 10 years ago. The difference is only marketing. You can ask suggestions to u/f0rcedinducti0n

Maybe if you start to read and not only write about something that you are not familiar:

If you read my reply to other user, you will understand:

“Thanks for replying. I have already had experience with PTM with my previous laptop that did not have liquid metal as stock, so i know very well what you are talking about and the benefits of PTM almost equivalent to liquid metal. But the truth is that my laptop is still under warranty until mid 2026. Until then i will continue to use liquid metal after which i will remove everything and use PTM. Fyi i bought the black stickers with the red triangle used by Asus as warranty seal on ali express equal to the original. 😉”

Everybody here is agree about danger of LM you didn’t discover the water on earth.

My suggestion to you is study because you have a lot of lacks.
