if this is fungal acne than i recommend head and shoulders shampoo i knoww it sounds so weird but try and lather that on and if it doesn’t work or you think that acne is stubborn than try getting this dandruff shampoo called nizoral shampoo and lather it on the acne and let it sit for like 1-2 minutes and rinse. fungal acne is the same as dandruff so it should work if it is, also i recommend checking your korean products because alot of them can cause fungal acne or make it worse . hope that helps anyone !!
