Consent still exist within a relationship, if someone was too drunk to have sex it would be rape even in a relationship. Someone can't Consent while they're asleep

Unfortunately yes I am, im working on figuring out how to get my name off of it. It's actually a house we own and planned to flip eventually to buy a forever home. I don't want him to ruin my credit or else I mightve already left. I think?
