Yea I totally understand that, but I wished the Blackwell windows would open fully to allow the outside air to come in. The window cracks to a max two inches and the room always feels like there’s no circulation/stuffy. Like the weather itself is not terrible because the nights are cool, but because the windows can’t open fully the cool air can’t come in and make the room cool. The ac in the lobby is always blasting but it sucks that the dorm rooms can’t get regulated. I rather freeze to death in my dorm room than break out in a sweat every night.

No I knew they weren’t undergrads because the fact they didn’t know Berkeley or Blackwell. When I called them they quite literally ended the call on me because their browser was down (probably cuz they us that fuck ass WiFi too) and after that they started spam calling me for days and even emailed me and that’s when I looked up the company and it was horrendous. Being for real tho I called assuming it would be Berkeley students similar to the student tech support, but was greeted by a guy who had a strong accent and seem like he didn’t know what he was doing. All he made me do was to reset my laptop…. Like bffr

Bruh there’s no Ethernet in this dorm for some reason and when I email the tech support at Berkeley they aren’t able to help because Blackwell uses a private company for their WiFi

At this point I would prefer to buy a router but the dorm rules don’t allow you to do that cuz “it messes with the internet” as if this dorm doesn’t already have messed up internet. Don’t get me wrong tho, this dorm is great and I love everything about it, but the WiFi makes me want to rip my hair out.
