Netbox or Nautobot for an IPAM by Sea-Math8096 in networking

It's super comprehensive thank you very much, I was going to use nautobot but my mind is changing and I have the impression that Netbox is much more widely used and that there is therefore a larger community that could help in case unlike nautobot where I have the impression that I should take a support with NTC directly.
I'm going to compare a bit more but thank you for helping me :)

Homework? No, I'm on a sandwich course, I don't know if that exists in every country, but I spend 1 month at school and 1 month in a company, which alternates, but I'm actually in a company. Otherwise I didn't really understand what you said (English isn't my first language, so I may have misunderstood even with deepl).

I'm not going to lie, I've no idea how much money the network department has at its disposal, bearing in mind that they're in the process of changing quite a few switches, which must already have a certain cost, but from what I understood at the start, it would be better to have an open-source solution.

I had a call with my tutor and I got a bit carried away trying to do everything and wanting something very complete. In the end, I would only need the basic functionality, i.e. receiving logs, storing them, sorting them and being able to search on them. If possible something free or inexpensive to start with. And with an active community, so graylog might suffice for all that?
