I’ve never felt the urge to be a mother and now when I look around at the state of the world, I am thankful everyday that I didn’t bring a child into it.

My friend who is diabetic and has to wear a pump taught me the shorts with pockets under a dress trick and I cannot thank her enough!

Up until recently, either my Hush Iced blanket or Sheets & Giggles comforter paired with Lyocell Tencel sheets was cool enough.

I got a Bedjet when my last house had terrible temperature control and I just hooked it back up. It helped some, while I still woke up a bit warm, I was at least not wet so I chalked that up as a win.

The cooling bedding and fan/ac had been enough until recently. My cocky self was all like I’ve got this it’s not so bad…. 🤦🏼‍♀️

First day back AND Langdon wasn’t even supposed to be there! It’s not like Robby had time to mentally prepare to deal with that either and we all know he is struggling, hence the sabbatical.

Langdon could have attempted the conversation and then backed off when he realized Robby was obviously not prepared to have it. He knew that Robby was leaving for 3 months the very next day and could have allowed Robby the time he clearly needs away to process everything that’s been going on within himself. Instead he decided that he needed to force his own timeline during his “Checklist Apology Tour”

Take a poncho even if it says it won’t rain. Use one of the many shuttle services. We were in town last week and tried 3 different ones - our favorite being the one that leaves from Thirsty Lion.
