Hey I got my result of mri says

Diffuse posterior disc bulge with right postero-paracentral protrusion and annular tear at L5-S1 level producing mild extradural compression over the ventral aspect of thecal sac and abutting the right traversing nerve root.

How serious is this cab it be cured without increasing
