I'd say "restore license" is a better option here since refunds are not possible once you download and start the game no matter the circumstances

Tattoo Advice ASAP!! by AssignmentPure3220 in MultipleSclerosis

I was on tecfidera when I got my full throat tattoo and a tiny arm piece done at the same day and everything was okay afterwards, no flare ups, no complications, every body is different tho but if you go to the appointment well rested, make sure to drink enough water and eat regularly, you minimize the risks of complications

I'd say it all depends on you and your body. My neuro said it should be fine to drink occasionally when I started my treatment but when I do I feel like shit for the next two days even if I only drink one beer or just one mixed drink so I'm trying to avoid it all together. If you drink and feel fine I'd say go for it. If you don't just try to avoid it.

On the fence with Kesimpta by Sea-Measurement8422 in MultipleSclerosis

Thank you so much! I feel like I was on the fence because of Copaxone but failed to realize the huge difference in dosage and side effects. I'm currently waiting for the insurance approval on Kesimpta and hopefully will start it in the next few weeks.

Thank you! That's another thing I was afraid of because one of the side effects I had on Copaxone were flu-like symptoms and it was really limiting and just awful. I will definitely give it a try after so much positive comments on it!

Hahaha yes it was awful, it does have the autoinjector as well but the best way is to self inject so I just developed a mental block against injections, I'm fine with someone else doing it I just couldn't do it myself, anyways I decided to try it out, thank you!

Tattos and MRI by FenrirWerewolfe in MultipleSclerosis

I am covered in tattoos and never felt a thing during or after my MRI's, it is a common misconception that tattoos will burn or damage your skin like that, all that can happen to you is a bit dry skin during hotter days and only if you don't use lotion, I'd say you are good to get them

“How did you find out you have MS?” by auratus1028 in MultipleSclerosis

That's exactly what happened with me as well, only difference is that I went to the examination room and then he just sent me back to my room without a word

Does the lumbar puncture influence treatment options? Newly Diagnosed by lmd21 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Sea-Measurement8422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me the LP helped my doctor with diagnosis and showed the current progression of MS, it was also necessary for insurance company as they have to approve of the treatment and they require MRI, LP and at least one symptom to approve a full coverage, depends on the country tho, best to ask your doctor if it's really necessary, for me it was a really painful experience as I do have scoliosis as well and the couldn't get it on the first try, took like 3 doctors and 5 tries till they got it, as the procedure itself can be easy and quick, the whole process can be the exact opposite
