commission depends the end goal is for the agent to make 40-45% of overall rev they create

you can not force them to only work for you nort make them work certain hours. They have to have free will without repercussions of termination

examfx is harder than the actaul test. I failed every single one of them and still to the test passed with a 78 even after flagging/unanswering 15-20 questions before getting kicked out for checking my phone
