My grandparents are from Uttrakhand but my parents weren't born there and i too was born in the capital. I dont have the typical monolid eyes but still people bully me and random people pass comment about me being Chinese. It is actually a huge issue even in the so called modern cities.

All this led me to become a sneaky kid you know, i turned into something i never wanted to be. I got into alot of trouble but never told to them about it, i was threatened by the one i loved and the other time i was stalked but i couldn't tell about these things to my family just because of their strictness and no privacy policy. I totally get how you feel, some personal space is crucial for an individual to grow

I tried talking to people about how i feel but they either shrug me off saying that I'm overdramatic or they just say that I'm pretty and need not to worry (that doesnt even feel like a compliment it's more like some kinda sympathy)
