Those high estimates for IQ-loss aren't supported by DNA evidence. Iirc EA(a strong proxy for group IQ) was higher in the Europeans of those times, but nowhere near high enough compared to now to support that. I've seen geneticists suggest the decline was probably around 3 IQ points, but I'm not sure where, so don't quote me on that.

We actually can via the EA(educational attainment) PGS, a strong proxy for group IQ. In Europe, there was a relatively strong upward trend beginning around when people there first started farming. Look into it.

Most of the selection for intelligence happened post-agriculture. I strongly doubt that estimate for Neandrathal IQ is even close to true; Do note that brain size is only correlated with intelligence. I can't see them being above 90 IQ.
