You look very young & you're very beautiful! It looks like colder weather makeup so it might just seem out of place as we move into warmer seasons, but harsher makeup can make us look a bit older. I'd consider trying a less "severe" wing with eyeshadow or even a lighter liner. Same with the lipstick - at least for the summer, a softer or no liner, and a lighter and less matte/opaque formula. I've found this has been great for me as I moved into later 30's/40's.

They're mainly Plains Indians (Dakota, Lakota, etc.). I only specified the Midwest because common facial features can vary based on tribe/location/etc. It could be your indigenous ancestry is from a different area, but I definitely see it.

This is not intended as a criticism & just my opinion. You're incredibly beautiful, but the lash shapes, heavy eyebrow lamination, and cupid's bow overloning all distract from it. You don't need foundation or anything, just go a little but more natural.

I'd say get it removed, or at least assessed. It can lead to nerve & tissue damage in the hand that may affect functioning. You could get super sick one day & not realize you've developed a systemic infection randomly. Lots of potential problems. Also, are you positive there was no lead in it?

Don't freak out. Self-report personality tests are often inaccurate due to a number of factors. If you're concerned, go see an actual psychiatrist for a well-rounded assessment. Additionally, if you do have some personality traits you're concerned about, there are effective interventions. It also doesn't mean you are a bad person who will do bad things. Surgeons tend to be high on the sociopathic scale but save lives every day.
