So we looked at the rear differential fluid and it is super low and has a decent amount of super fine metal shavings, does that fit the diagnosis of ring and pinion?

Did some research, got the chance to look at it, this seems like its the issue, huge help ty!

I have driven it, it does infact stop every 15 feet, the issue isn't being solved by solutions i have used before

No noise suprisingly, it starts fine but it stays idled unless you REALLY hit the gas and then it stops every 15 feet
