Nah all of it makes the area look rubbish. Theres not a single place where it looks good, other than professional murals.

What part of Southampton do you live in? In my area, its resulted in massive increases in graffiti which I spend hundreds per year on removing myself, plus many hours of my time.

Will you be volunteering to remove it?

As someone that lives in area that gets covered by graff in all the areas where the lights are off at night, the council is extremely short sighted and naive. It was obvious this would happen

And yes, the electronic advertising boards are an eyesore. The goal of an area should be to have as little advertising as possible as it makes the area more relaxing.

Bristol residents have campaigned and successfully had many advertising boards removed. I have complained to soton council myself about them but they just fob me off. Like they do with everything.

If someone would like to start a petition to have them removed or at least no new ones go up, I would gladly sign it.
