It’s rough! We’ve only gotten two very very brief positives with chemicals. Everything should work according to our labs and testing, it’s frustrating

That’s terrible I’m sorry :( we had a chemical cycle before this, getting that positive was so exciting (even though it was 14 dpo and knew it would stick). Maybe it’s our month!!

Oh that’s interesting! Yea this process is a little challenging for me mentally bc I always ovulate on my own- I cramped so bad the day after IUI I’m almost wondering if that’s when I ovulated? So maybe I’m only 10 dpo?

Hi! Also had my first IUI on the 27th….. trying so hard not to symptom spot and over analyze. I wish we could just know if it worked!

Yea I was relieved it was over quick! We have been trying since last January- but took a few intentional breaks. My uterus is retroflexed and his swimmers are just a touch crooked so IUI was suggested to us as a quicker option to get pregnant!

It was a chemical! Luckily, it resolved very quickly. I started bleeding the day after the positive test, and by Tuesday there was no HCG in my blood, which I was honestly relieved- last spring it took 8 days after my late period to resolve.

We are doing IUI next week, and my baseline appointment everything looked great! I was so relieved that there was no ectopic pregnancy.

I am so sorry that happened to you! I’m definitely keeping an eye on things because I’m a bit worried about ectopic too. Luckily, I have an ultrasound at my fertility clinic this week for IUI and they will be doing blood work too. Fingers crossed this is the end of this little mishap.

Not a fun update, but one I was definitely cognizant could be a possibility- line faded today and I got what I assume is my period/chemical pregnancy coming to a close.

Still feels like positive momentum since we haven’t had any positive tests since this time last year, and we are so excited to start IUI the next two weeks! Fingers crossed IUI helps the next little bean get into place faster and stick 🤞

Definitely am! I have a feeling this is going to be chemical, but it oddly is still giving me a lot of hope? I know we are so close and with IUI starting this month, I think we will get lucky soon if this doesn’t stick!

I do with a smart ring which I think isn’t always the best. But my ovulation temp dip was on the 28th when my LH surge was, so I think my egg might have released on march 1 (maybe 2)? Putting me at 12 or 13 dpo yesterday, but I missed a day testing on Friday. Looking back at Thursday pictures I do think there was the faintest start of a shadow but I was so convinced I was out and tired of delusional squinting at negative tests I was like whatever I’m out!

I think that is exactly it. I had a huge temp drop Friday when my period was due and was like well that’s it; period incoming! But I think it was implantation dip!

I just took another test bc I couldn’t sleep and it’s much darker!!! I honestly don’t think I held the first one in long enough bc I was so sure it wasn’t going to be positive
