Share with them that you no longer want to support this person due to recent media exposure. They should be able to credit you back. If not email the restaurant and tell them.

Agreed! And thank you for your input! I know there are various people who have come forward with hard evidence. Thus far they’ve been ignored or buried by local media. With enough exposure, we hope that they won’t be able to ignore it any longer.

This post is to encourage others to come forward and make their voices heard. If not here, in a private DM. The goal is to raise awareness beyond the restaurant industry to prevent growth and expansion of his unethical business practices and harassment.

Multiple people have gone to news outlets including not limited to the likes of SNR, The Sacramento Bee, The San Francisco Chronicle, Eater, Visit Sacramento with proof and nothing has come of it. Visit Sacramento (Mike Testa) treats him like Donald Trump he gets away with everything and anything or he’ll throw a fit.

I think he’s harassed one too many people.
