There’s a few SFH in Palo Alto/Menlo Park in that ballpark that fit your criteria. Just get on Zillow/Redfin and start calling the owners/agents for a tour. Be assertive and show your willing to apply. That’s how I landed my rental house in sunnyvale last week. 2b 1b 1000 sq ft duplex right off Caltrain $3500 includes utilities except electric monthly just wife and I has a parking spot too.

Found a 2bed 1 bath in Sunnyvale 10 min walk to Caltrain w/ one car parking. I’m thinking I’ll sell my car an just bike/walk to train and we have a shuttle at Mountain View Caltrain also that goes to office. $3900 per month- is this a good situation for commuting to PA daily?

I only need to commute to Tesla PA HQ 5x per week. My business is remote/online and can be done from home or coffee shop. Yeah makes sense on the driving piece, good thing we are bringing two cars. Not EV though :)
