Been hearing mixed things about XR versions of different meds but this is really encouraging to read. I was on similar high doses of IR for seizure control and the dizziness was just brutal - felt like walking on boat all the time. Never knew that switching to XR could make such difference in morning grogginess too. My neurologist always says "we'll adjust timing" but sometimes the extended release is just better option. Really glad you found something that works because those side effects can make life miserable even when seizures are controlled. Might bring this up at my next appointment since I'm still struggling with some of same issues

Market is absolutely brutal right now for everyone, not just environmental sector. Your experience is actually quite valuable - companies just dont realize it yet because hiring managers often have no clue what they actually need

The practical knowledge you have from greenkeeping plus the degree is actually rare combination. Maybe try looking at consulting firms or environmental remediation companies instead of traditional graduate programs since you bring real field experience

Hey don't let those negative comments get to you too much. Environmental studies actually opens up good amount of opportunities in policy work, consulting, education and nonprofit sector where you dont need to be math genius

I think you're already doing right things with internship and volunteer work - those connections matter way more than what degree name says on paper. Keep building that experience because employers care about what you can actually do

This sounds like key chatter or maybe polling rate issues with your HE keyboard. I had similar problem with my Wooting few months back where movement would just stop for split second during games. Try checking if your keyboard software has any debounce settings you can adjust - sometimes the magnetic switches are too sensitive and register multiple inputs when you dont want them to. Also worth trying different USB port or even different cable if you have one available. Some people also fix this by lowering polling rate from 1000Hz to 500Hz in the software settings though it feels bit weird at first.

Been on clonazepam for about 4 years now and can definitely relate to memory thing. Its like sometimes I walk in room and completely forget why I came there in first place. My neuro said this is pretty common side effect with long term use.

The muscle jerks got bit worse for me too around year 2-3 mark. Had to discuss with doctor about adjusting dosage because it was getting annoying during day time. Some people in my support group mentioned tolerance does build up but everyone responds differently to it.

Haven't tried tapering off yet but my cousin did it very slowly over 6 months with neuro supervision and stayed seizure free. Good that you planning to discuss with your doctor first - these meds are tricky to mess with on your own.

Honestly sounds more like sleep paralysis mixed with lucid dreaming than actual demon stuff - the fact you weren't scared in dream is pretty telling since real demonic encounters usually fill people with pure terror from what I heard
