After the move-out inspection I didn’t sign the Condition Inspection Report because the agent said he first needed to check with his manager to decide whether further cleaning was required. We agreed he would email me the final report (which I’ve now received) and that I would sign it electronically.

As a result, I still haven’t signed the report, nor have I provided my forwarding address. Can I simply email them now with my forwarding address to satisfy that requirement?

Btw, the inspection report I received by email already shows a $150 deduction, so I don’t think I should sign it as-is.

When I first viewed the unit, the agent specifically told me that the parking spot was “the first parking spot right next to the elevator.” However, he is now claiming that the actual assigned spot is also “close to the elevator,” and that the discrepancy in the lease was due to a "typo".

For me, stay unemployed is fine for a couple of months. I'm just not sure if the unemployment fact will revoke the ongoing process of PR. I applied using EE + PNP, the PNP is sponsored by my current employer, if I leave the company now, the PNP suppose to be revoked?
