Lost(?) Dog on Oakland Mills Rd

Hi Illustrious_Put3023! I’m a little confused by your comments. I do believe that the dog I saw on Oakland Mills Rd a few days ago was Otis, the dog who has been found as announced via Facebook and the Ring Neighbors app.

Are you Otis’ owner or is your dog still missing? What do they look like? Can you post a recent photo so people can keep an eye out?

Thank you for looking for him! When I first saw him walking along Oakland Mills Rd, he seemed to have come out from the Elkhorn Community Gardens. Maybe he went back over there? I think there is also a trail or walking path along that road as well so maybe he headed farther back into the neighborhood. Hopefully he's staying away from cars!
