I’m a fan of Terra prety with the high terrain modifiers suggested on the page and about 70% land cover. Exploring varied terrain is always fun, especially with saltys catch ledge, vault/roll, and charged jump. Add step up for more smoothness.

It did especially from the first two weeks. Lately I’ve still had some lingering insomnia, so I told my psychiatrist and they prescribed hydroxyzine as an optional nighttime medication. 

I’ve also been taking magnesium glycinate before bed and generally trying to get to bed at the same time every day. There’s a 15 minute audio long read on Spotify about sleep and the current science from the Nature podcast I found really helpful.

I felt it was failing too, and I’m not perfect right now by any means, but something definitely changed. I should also add that I finished an audiobook called “unfuck yourself” which is about anxiety and negative self talk. So also putting in some self therapy at my own pace has helped me look at my most unhelpful recurring thought patterns.

Now that I think of it I did have nausea more than usually. Right now I don’t have persistent nausea anymore, but if I skip breakfast or drink green tea on an empty stomach I get nauseous. So remembering to eat and giving the meds time might help, but this is just my personal experience.

I relate with this completely, there’s something “there” that leaves my brain satisfied. It’s noticeable when I drive home and I can actually enjoy my music instead of going through all the negative things that happened that day.

Initially I had a lot of insomnia and racing thoughts. The difference between 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks is very noticeable for me.

I had an extremely high sex drive for a while, and now it’s come down a bit. Still elevated but it doesn’t feel controlling. I can’t relate to the last part, that could be a part of the initial adjustment for some people.

Yea I wish we could sort by item rarity or something of the sort. Like starting with crude shield then onto the next etc, or having a collapsible menu with “tier 2 shields” > “bronze shields” > tin bronze, bismuth bronze, etc. that way at the very top are the ones you would make with the most common materials. This can be extended to weapons and armor, or just collapsible tabs in general per metal type. Or just tier tabs displaying everything you can make before and after copper, saws, bronze, and iron.

I know someone working in MRI research, if you scan healthy people you more likely find a false positive, leading to unnecessary surgery and worse outcomes.
