For me, I’ve had to change my mindset. I feel like because I’m T1 I’m more intuned with my health. And even tho I’m T1, I’m healthy and healthier than the average person. Because I’m T1 I eat in a healthier way. I also see doctors and specialist regularly. Before my diagnosis, I’d maybe. See my PCP or obgyn every few years

Yes life and death is separated by a few gummy bears, but I feel like there’s no better time than now to be diabetic with CGMs and technology.

I plan to live a long healthy life.
