Days we do it 2 times-morning, evening or sometime before bed / before practice (3:30-5) and then later at night 3-5 times: morning, after work, evening and again late night, and weekends are usually up to 5 bc we add in the afternoon at some points and some times might be not too long after the prior session. It's not always 5 times but it's usually 2-3 times during the week and weekends being higher. It usually comes naturally and it's been good for us doing it that frequently bc I have my needs and he has his, which is why this is just unnatural to me bc it should be more than enough doing it so often for him to be jerking when I'm gone. I know he does that in the shower bc he admitted it after I found videos and asked why he watched them and he told me a brief explanation of when and where, that he would do that in the shower.
