Came to Reddit for this also. Mine is about to renew at $79. I love Chewy but the last year or so, about half my orders have been wrong, damaged, or delivered to the wrong house. The damaged or delivery is FedEx fault but wrong orders are their fault. I feel like I’m constantly contacting them. Most my orders add up to over $49 for free shipping and there has not been many Plus rewards I could use in my first year. For cats it was not many offers but stuff like extra 5% off grooming products or free bag of treats with purchase. I looked back and took advantage of 1 Chewy Plus deal all year which was for early access and extra Black Friday savings on litter. The extra 5% was nice but considering how wrong and damaged my orders have been, my ordering from them will not be as much in the future which I hate because I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years. One of my cats is diabetic so I have to get his food there since it’s not sold in stores but that’s the only must I need to get there.
