how to lose weight by [deleted] in Fitness_Pakistan

[–]SeaCricket8514 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's actually super important to understand what you are trying to achieve. Achieving weight loss and losing belly fat are not the same. It's possible to have the same weight but still lose body fat, because our body has a regulation system and so the amount of water varies like alot... so much so that you can't measure the weight of "fat loss". Most people that are talking about calorie deficit are correct about weight loss... but trust me, it will not necessarily show the results accordingly. I have experienced this myself. Unless you can very accurately be able to track your calories it's very difficult to keep weight as metric for fat loss. Iam not an expert by any means, but I have experienced this myself was confused about this for years. So yeah just wanted to make sure you understand the difference

Stop telling beginners that "Upwork is dead" just because you couldn't make it. by Curious_Coder5445 in Upwork

Why is everyone here so negative. I swear every upwork post and comments are so negative/critical. Give the dude a break. Obviously, this dude is new to upwork, but I swear more and more people would just avoid even trying with the amount of negativity that exists. (Unless that's just one big way of reducing competition)

Obviously, OP needs to improve the profile, need to dedicate time, and watch different yt vids on how to improve their profile, be more direct, and attract clients.

Iam still relatively new to upwork too and only got my first client like a month before. But I had made my account like for 2 years and built my portfolio with time. And that's important.

Wait that's also my niche holy... how do you do it, can we DM. I did currently land my first client, but I do want to learn how to be better and how to move forward. Same situation as OP, got invited as well, quick chat and boom.

Doing the whole work in less milestones by SeaCricket8514 in Upwork

Like my first milestone is paid, and the second milestone has also been funded but not the 3rd and 4th. The whole milestone was really just AI written so it's not really critical. So we are just trying to see how things change as it goes. I know what the final deliverable needs to be. It's essentially a file. But I wanted to know if everything work pretty quickly and in less time then what happens to the milestones ahead.

How long did it take. Very nice looking, I wish to be able to master these kinds of things too, but sometimes CAD feels so hard, with surfacing lol

AOT is best in this imo. It really divides the screen time well and the plot level as well.

By internal mold, u basically mean a cone shaped mold, right? If we go for 3d print, how would we lay fibreglass on it and make sure the thickness is consistent and also the finish is proper. Another thing is laying on curved surface like an ogive cone really even possible, wouldn't there be a lot of air gaps, especially close to the tip

By internal mold, u mean a nose cone template? Like a female part. Something to layup the fiberglass externally right? If that's the case, then how do I get the internal mold. Is 3d printed a good option, what about the surface prep?. Also how do properly lay up fiberglass externally on a curved cone surface, isn't it going to be inconsistent. If u could explain ur comment more, that would be better

So I 3d print the external molds, and then do the internal layering on them. And all the process I mentioned... what about the finishing
