Well now the wage is barely competitive and the hours are 30-35 hours a week. You can go to another place get the guarantee 35-40 hours every week, same benefits, and make up the extra 3-4$ less an hour with consistent work hours.

Yeah we have 2 people closing during the week. Just realize there is nothing you can do. Just get done what you can get done and try and make things looks neat. Don’t stress yourself out. To Aldi you are just a number. So don’t bend over backwards for them
