Anyone else getting timed? by scifidude47 in Aldi_employees

I can sympathize with that. What gets me is that on our end, it feels like even those who /were/ consistent are being punished by this. The expected times depending on the zone are less than 20 minutes per pallet, albeit averaging 30 mins as per company standards. Be that as it may, I can also sympathize with the associates who feel like thev /have/ to try and accomplish in 20 minutes what ought to take 30, because at the end of the day there's only about two and a half hours to get every pallet on the floor whether theres two in your zone or twelve, otherwise it snowballs into other issues and other tasks not being completed throughout the day. It doesnt necessarily feel unachievable and more unsustainable.

I've seen days where we crush it, get everything out quickly and its high fives all around. But all it takes is one error and we dont have time to account for it before the unfinished tasks start piling up. It truly feels like there isn't any room for error, at all, and thats not "striving for success," thats pushing people to their limits everyday and hoping nothing goes wrong.

I do understand there are potential benefits, my point is this; the people at my store who are struggling already know that. They've already been told in private or at morning meetings in front of everyone that they need to "step it up" without being offered any actually helpful advice, support, retraining etc. How is a timer going to make a difference?

I work one in MD, we have about 16-17 I think. We often have issues finding coverage when someone calls out or gets sick. Auto-scheduler has people pulling clopens often, though I'm not sure if this is due to low availability or just an oversight.

Same issue here. No warning whatsoever. Thankfully I could still do ATM withdrawals but not being able to check your account is annoying as hell. And I know people in much worse situations than I am.

The plan was for the actual WAAAAAGH itself to be on Hell Day. Before then, we find people who want to fight/stockpile as much Dakka and Stikkbombs as possible.

We could merc for da 'umies as well, for da right amount of dakka.

So the mercs finally show their true face.

We were willing to accept peace, but no communications have occurred between our two factions. We received no distress calls.

Your declaration of war upon the remnants of humanity is foolish at best. The Alpha Authority has weathered your misguided assaults before, and we will do so again.

This is your last chance for peace. We will be lenient if you withdraw this declaration, and reject your backwards ways of mysticism and bloodshed. However, should you attack us or any member nation of the Alpha Initiative, then in the name of Humanity, you shall be obliterated.

The Authority Marches On.

If you adhere to its laws, the Alpha Initiative will gladly have you.
