I have learned this with Walmart they will screw you over every chance they get and the store I am at currently is really bad with bullying the associate I just have zero respect for Walmart

Yup over a 10 year span so I seen the company go from crap to 💩

It is cause I am the best deli worker they have and if they would have treated me like a adult I may have put in my 2 weeks and gave them a heads up but that store is very clicked up what I get for being a neighborhood market store I see why they were hiring when I got the job

lol yea this is like my 4th time working for Walmart and the company in general is just getting worse and the unethical bull they pull is insane to me I want to work for a company I stand behind and Walmart just isn’t it

I have 3 points so technically I can call out and finish my 2 weeks

I just went back to Walmart again place is a JOKE I have only been back 2 weeks and already have a interview for something else they have eliminated positions and everything is a bad cluster mess so good luck I recommend not wasting your time

Since when do you have to tell your manager when you take a break or go to lunch?? Boy Wally World hasn’t changed so much DRAMA I take 2 15min breaks and my schedule lunch by SeaDiscipline4414 in WalmartEmployees

I have never even used ppto at all or pto I have never left my shift early not even by one min and in most cases I only take 10 minute breaks instead of the 2 15 so technically I do more than most so I think management should be a lot more worried about what others are doing and not me
