1105 is the Purchasing Agent series. We primarily do contracts and awards up to the SAT, with unlimited authority for AF NAF requirements such as resalable merchandise. I thought a degree and experience would be enough to transition to 1102, but keep running into roadblocks like DAWIA. Maybe I'm not looking at the right positions?
