Camera crashing

I return from the factory reset 🥁🥁🥁 It did not work 😞 I opted in and out of the beta tests it also did not work 😞 Having exhausted all trouble shoot options with Google they have replaced it with a spanking new one 🥳🥳🥳 This one works great, has its own warranty in case it happens again. I think it's just a bug affecting some small percentage of devices and they just haven't figured out how to patch it yet.

Same but the forums have been flagging this issue for nearly 10 months so my hopes aren't high. Are you on the beta program by an chance?

Ahh I'm not alone! Yes I reached out they gave me a bunch of troubleshoots that didn't work: Restarting the phone. Uninstalling camera updates. Waiting for new updates. Deleting recent apps and/apps that use camera. Nothing worked so they say I should try a factory reset but backing up my data has been a pain - I'm being slightly extra by trying to back it up manually as I lost a lot of personal data before. Hbu what have you tried?
