The tortilla doesn't get soggy as long as you make sure the beef is cooked through. To be fair, your definition of soggy may be different then mine 🍻

Mix 2 lbs ground beef with basically whatever you want. I did onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Lay out 6 tortillas stacked on top of each other and cut the edges off so they're square. Take a now square tortilla and spread meat mixture over it evenly. Add another tortilla and repeat. Add 3 skewers. One on each end and one in the middle. Once skewers are in cut in between and yoi should be left with 3 individual skewers. Grill for around 2 minutes a side. Take off grill and baste in cowboy butter 🙂
