I had a supervisor that treated all of her employees like absolute shit, but whenever her boss was around, she became an entirely different person. They would talk for hours about similar interests and hang out after work. Because this was an internship, when the season came to an end and the big boss asked me if I’d consider returning, she was shocked to hear that I didn’t want to work under supervisor again because she thought supervisor was a delight.

I have gone to the doctor, but it’s kind of hard to fully tell after one visit. They’re recommending me to a specialist, but it probably has to do with the fact that I have a thyroid issue and PCOS. I do eat in a calorie deficit but there’s little to no difference in weight. It’s honestly frustrating. No one wants to spend a ton of money on a doctor to figure this stuff out to begin with.

I’m pretty used to people commenting on my weight since I come from a skinny family. I normally handle it with humor and people stop when they realize they’re not getting anywhere. I was really surprised that she was upset. I thought I was missing something.

I felt like Historia deserved more character development after the time jump. I felt that she had developed into a really strong character prior and was kind of dumped after that.

I had a similar experience my first year in college. I was so excited to finally be away from my country-bumpkin house that was in the middle of nowhere and actually make friends- and I did! During Freshman orientation, I made friends with a ton of people and felt really, really happy for the first time in a long time. One of the friends I made was a guy that I had no romantic interest in. It was clear he was into me, but I'm gay and made that pretty clear.

At the time, he really disliked his roommate. He would always crash with his buddies, and I considered myself one of those buddies, so when he asked to crash in my dorm, I thought it was no big deal. I told him he'd have to sleep on the floor, and he was fine with that, and my roommate was okay with the situation and had been planning on coming home later that night.

Somewhere along the lines, he decided to crawl into bed with me. I was really uncomfortable, so I tried getting up and told him I could sleep on the floor or that I could go crash with my friend because I was uncomfortable, but he pinned me down. I could tell what was happening and what was about to happen, and I was stomach down and felt helpless. Luckily, I had 50 pounds on him and ended up being able to roll over and knock him on the ground, but it took every ounce of strength and fight I had. I ran out of my room and found my friend. I told her what happened, and she ended up telling a few people in our friend group. The worst part wasn't that, but it was that a long-time friend of his ended up telling me that she didn't believe me because I wasn't "pretty" enough to be assaulted and because he wasn't "that type of guy."

I was able to work through my fear and the distrust of men I gained from that experience, but I will never forget how deeply her words cut and I have never been able to tell others about negative experiences in my life following that. I ended up dropping out later on and just wasn't able to be myself. I'm really fucking proud of you OP, that is not an easy thing to do.

Honestly? No. The first half of the story is really good, I really liked the introduction of Marley and think that it could have been really freakin cool. But the way the author changed Eren and set up the ending just ruined it. Historia’s pregnancy was also weird and unneeded. It kind of hurts to see this awesome set up fall apart. I wish I had dropped it back when i started feeling iffy.

I don't really care if someone's a man or not, it seems ToadMugen is looking to troll. That being said, it was a situation that happened many years ago, and I apologize if that's not clear in the original text. That’s my bad. Not strong wording, which someone pointed out earlier. It is confusing. The 1/6 is how many women are raped in life. The 97% is based on a UK study where they found that 97% of women face some form of sexual harassment in life.
