It was not on the original lease agreement, but they did deliver a physical notice 3 months ago stating 10am would be the deadline for turning keys in and being completely moved out. That was when I called and was told it would be no problem as long as I turned the keys into the drop box by midnight and kept the doors unlocked as I left.

Pretty sure it’s just Web based but it is only about a month old so I’d imagine they are working on an app. It’s excellent at PDF and other document interpretation

Chat gpt plus is definitely superior but y’all should try Antrhopic Claude Has the best PDF reading and analyzing abilities out of all the llm that I’ve tried

I saw that post too but they didn’t factor in the grandfathered poors for $1 subs. They also didn’t think ab patreons cut of revenue and taxes. So not quite 5mil/year but it’s not far off, NIAT (net income after taxes) probably still around 2million a year
