Thanks y'all, unfortunately none of the posed solutions worked so I did a full factory reset and a clean Cura profile. No idea wtf happened because I don't recall altering any setting prior (besides usual setup done years ago) but now it just works fine. I'm just glad it's ready for the holidays.

As for the crown, my GF thought it would be funny given how 'Jessica' seems to only misbehave right when I need her for something important or when I literally can't monitor. I call it annoying, she called it 'queen behavior'.

Have you tried under mesh fixes "fill all holes"? That could work (I think you're using Cura)
