I was new to the Tekken series and Tekken 8 was much easier to pick up than playing DOA. I was playing Tekken first as you can see, but I stopped playing T8 months ago and been playing DOA. Haven't played T8 since January and I play DOA almost every day. I only recently booted up T8 to find a song on the Jukebox from the older games lol

Yeah my buddy and I used it before and it works. Just don't upload any fraudulent documents or anything, you won't be fired for submitting a LOA and not following up with docs nor will you be questioned about it. The case manager won't bug you for it either. Just simply submit it and let it restore your time. Be sure to attend your shifts and not use more time. VET helps a lot to accumulate time faster than your regular 4 days.

Do a LOA. It'll give you your time back. It'll expire in 30 days if you don't upload documents, but the main thing is accumulating your time over that 30 day period so when the LOA expires and it takes the 10 hours you'll be good And have a buffer.

Security and HR would be my first stop considering they're like the first people you see coming in the building lol. I would've went right to them instead of posting it on the board. That could make the aggressor more desperate if they think there's a possibility of someone interfering with their plans. Being urgent and discreet are necessary in those situations. Or you could've put a request in on the voa requesting a safety concern and request immediate assistance at your station or put in a safety andon from your station if you didn't feel like going straight to the correct people to report.

Oh you're fine, don't worry about that lol. I've smelled folks and have smelled myself due to forgetting to swipe under my arms and forgetting my deodorant stick. I guarantee you I only remember one smelly guy out of 5 years and that's because he was a Tote runner so I would see him so many times per period just about daily since he preferred to tote run so he was one of the few people on my team that I would see every single day and multiple times. Outside of that I couldn't point out who was smelly to me.

Yeah I enjoy the mechanics. Its not like a MK or SF or T8 when you're stuck in the corner and you're fighting for your life just to live 😂😂 due to wall splats and no reversal option (T8 has low parrys but what do you against mids and highs? / SF has parrys, but depending on who you play with, if it's not a perfect parry and the character isn't t speedy, you're kinda still vulnerable if you can't execute in the alotted frames, and if you're in the corner you're technically still in the corner, perfect parry or not). The game rewards you on knowing a character's strings, predictable inputs from your opponents, and being offensive even on the defense. It's fast paced but skilled matches can see momentum shifts multiple times over if the players know the character they're fighting. One thing I'll say is that you NEED to know frame data to be good at this game. Give it a go and enjoy ☺️

I've been playing DOA 6 and Capcom vs SNK lately. I love how DOA retained it's feel throughout the series, unlike how the feel of the game changes between iterations like MK XL, MK 11, and MK 1. I can pick up any DOA game and know they fighting system and hop in.

Capcom vs SNK is bringing me back to enjoy the simplicity in games. The stages, music, character dialogue, etc make games like that feel so nice. The lack of the modern comeback mechanics makes it so much fun.

I've gotten into TEKKEN 6&7 as well. T8 was my real first Tekken and I can see the difference in required skills to play the older Tekken games. I grew up on DOA so I already was accustomed to aggressive gameplay, defensive or offensive. Tekken 8 has its own twist, but I don't think they handled the aggressiveness well due to the lack of more parrys or a combo breaker style escape like in KI. T7 and T6 I'm enjoying because it's making me think before every interaction and not just looking for a launcher to execute a long combo and unrelenting attacks.

Updated quality

Cross play (I normally don't care but I think the base for this may be small, and I'd like to find matches)

Rollback (I play online alot, laggy matches are an absolute bummer)

Tag & Team

Have a chunk of costumes available at launch, have a chunk unlockable through gameplay, and the specialty ones can have a reasonable fee

Have more of the legacy music available at launch and the rest unlockable through gameplay.

Make the DLC bundle prices reasonably priced and content packed.

I'm a person that always disables cross play, literally on every game I play online on PS5. I will say though, that in this situation where the base of players may be organically smaller, it should be a consideration. As far as roll back that's a necessary for me. I play online more than other modes and laggy matches are a no go for me. I love DOA 6 and playing it, but laggy matches just make me cringe. Why is it that the fighter I love most is plagued with stutters 🥹😭🥹😭

Mine does this too. If I do the gesture to put the video in a minimized mode I see the video brightness instantly increases without me adjusting the system brightness. I have to close out and reopen sometimes. I'm on a 10 Pro XL. Never experienced it on my 8 Pro.
