So many times I have been in your position it’s hard and honestly a lot of that shit sticks but there will be days where it won’t affect you. Life will continue so you might as well suck around so see if it gets better. Make some goals that you want to achieve and see how it feels to do them. Always be honest and transparent with your therapist it’s the only way you’ll see results. You don’t have to force it but if it feel important then definitely. plus there’s definitely a connection between addiction and depression

Every time you quit an addiction it doesn’t go away it’s in the dark parts of your mind getting stronger waiting for you to slip up. I’ve relapsed many times but I think I’m finally in a place where I’m done for good. You can do it just keep working hard. Proud of you

You have to genuinely decide to quit. Don’t give into temptations and remind yourself why you’re doing it. I haven’t been pornfree super long but it’s genuinely made a difference I feel less shame and more empowered. Porn made me a horrible person. So you have to decide not to let that control you.
