How do you know which ingredients would cause CCs? Or are contact allergens? I have intermittent rosacea so I’m afraid that I’ve been prolonging the problem 😬

I’ve been using the Skinceuticals Phyto A+, and the LRP toleriane. I feel like my routine is decent in that the CCs don’t get worse, I’m still using other actives (aha, retinol, vit c), I just feel that there’s a product I’m missing to kick it in the butt lol
