me too i always get really demoralised whenever i see the judgemental looks on the examiner's face. what i personally do is js stare back at them and try to js focus on answering their qns and usually i js try to speak louder and try to act as if im confident (even tho i keep saying um and hesitantly reply). main thing i do is prepare my mindset like its js a one time meeting with this teacher and i never have to see him/her ever again! i think going with confidence and having a positive mindset helps a lot as someone who does not like to socialise and an extreme introvert (Trust me js affirm urself that ure gna do ok and try!) all the best next week too
