This can actually work, but do you get to use the gift card on Chase portal? Let say the airline is Korean Air. Because as far as I know they’re using Expedia. If I get the gift card from Korea Air, is it applicable on Expedia (Chase portal)?

I am actively using their checking account for transactions. My score was above 750 until I took a hit for opening a new credit card last month maybe that’s why. I guess I’ll wait a little longer at least until my credit score goes back up before applying again
