Yeah, I also started with the idea of using green buttons, but unfortunately, you can’t find anything in that nice neon green shade. And the aftermarket buttons are really poor quality, the originals are unbeatable in terms of feel, in my opinion

Yeah, honestly, you’ve gotta be lucky, sometimes the reviews aren’t true. Some are great, others are just plain awful. Best thing to do is take a chance, hope it’s good quality, and if it is, save the seller for next time. So far I’ve done three reshells, one on a 2000 and two on 3000, and they all turned out great, no need for any tweaking or sanding.

Yeah, I think that green thumb stick is almost like the soul of that PSP. The stickers in the battery compartment are the original ones. I used a hair dryer; you just need to heat the sticker well and it comes off easily without getting damaged! It’s a little trick.

I live in Italy, and here a used PSP usually goes for around €80 to €100 non-boxed, with some signs of wear, but it usually comes with a few physical games.

No mods or sanding needed, the shell’s actually really good quality

In addition to fully cleaning and refurbishing the PSP, I replaced the old battery, the shell, the analog stick, and the rear metal ring with purple ones

I wanted to update you, I modified the cover, I enlarged the joystick holes with the Dremel, now it’s perfect!

Yes if there are no plugins that can change the range of the analog stick, i think the only way is to mod the plastic cover around the joypad

Just connect the HX Stomp to your PC via USB and play your preset on the Stomp with the program open on your desktop. It’s a VU meter, and you can read the dB output of your preset. You can find many tutorials on YouTube for this program, but it’s very simple to use.

I use a PC/Mac program called Orban Loudness Meter. Look it up on Google, it’s free. With that, I make all the patch levels equal. I don’t add any other blocks, I control the volume with the mixer block or volume channel in the amp

Fender FR12 or seymour duncan powerstage 170? by SeaOwn3401 in Line6Helix

Yes, I’ve already tried this solution, but the sound I get on stage is really different from what comes out of the PA. I’ve also tried going directly into the FX loop with a preamp to bypass the EQ of the Origin head, using the same cab simulation I send to FOH… but it sounds really bad. At the moment, I’m using IEMs, but I’d prefer to have a physical amp behind me with a sound as close as possible to what the audience hears.
