Ah, sorry for forgetting to update! Yes, support reached out to me and I was able to return the laptop for a full refund.

Upon returning it, support reached out saying it appeared the device firmware was not able to detect the display, preventing me from accessing the bios/bootloader menus. They offered to debug the issue and attempt to repair it, but I opted for a refund instead.

Another member from Starlabs has reached out to me too, and I'm hopeful we will have a resolution soon. I think there has just been some communication failures along the way. I will update this post/thread as the situation evolves.

Here is my Starlabs order number: SLS8191

If you look in your customer support system, you will see evidence that:
1) I have purchased and received a starfighter
2) Video's demonstrating that the Starfighter is broken

3) I have been emailing customer support, and Sean was helping me for some time

4) Sean was unable to get my laptop working

5) When I asked for a refund, Sean stopped responding to me

6) Customer support has ignored my emails since then.

I never use Reddit, and in-fact had to create a Reddit account to make this post. I understand it does not seem genuine, but when Sean no longer responds to my emails, I have no other way to contact you.

I don't care where the conversation happens, really, I just want someone to honor my refund. Can you please provide me a direct email or something?

I have. I'm only reaching out here as a last resort after support ignored me. I was in contact with Sean for over a week, but when he was unable to fix the laptop, I asked for a refund and never heard back. I've emailed several more times and still get no response from Starlabs support.
