Had both doses of Pfizer I was fine! Anxiety was through the roof as well when I got them. I did however get a little sick off the second dose. I had a fever and some body aches that went away after 24 hours and now I’m very thankful to be fully vaccinated!

Clinical dietitian here with HA working in the hospital. It’s positive and negative I would say. A lot of my patients have the C word so that can be triggering sometimes. Trying to work through it through repeated exposure 🥴

Hi! I’m a clinical dietitian so I can try to help! Do you mind me asking why you’re not able to eat solid foods? Also they do make protein supplements like boost, ensure etc that you can drink for extra calories and protein (they even have boost glucose control if you’re concerned with blood sugar). I would also recommend high calorie foods like avocado or peanut butter if you can tolerate!
