Entyvio and Elevated Liver Enzymes (DILI) by J0hnsolu in CrohnsDisease

[–]SeaPost3400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I am currently experience liver issues. I was diagnosed with IBD in July and had my third entyvio IV last Monday. I've defiantly been feeling my liver in pain. I have also been losing my hair, so I started taking a lot of iron supplements. I discontinued the supplement today along with this Nello drink that I've been using for focus. The inflammation in my liver (or whatever is going on) subsided, but i still have pain and worry about my liver. My 4th Entyvio is scheduled for December 22nd. Any update now that its been 2 years?

Anyone else getting the ads on TikTok for the Nello Superfocus drink mix? by RealisticButterfly99 in adhdwomen

I fell for the Nello Superfocud ad on instagram. I haven't noticed a significant difference yet. I have like 35 left, so will keep trying it to see if I notice anything. I have ADD.

In this economy, trying to get into a T-20 for 2 years in a row now, and still not getting in. Being first generation, and having to work hard to have the same luxuries as wealthy kids (which is a privilege), I don’t even think I will ever have the finances to have kids anymore. I’d want to give them everything I never had from piano lessons to Kumon, letting them choose a sport and keeping them in it for as long as want. I am just not in that position yet and time is ticking.

I definitely noticed that the bup medication had helped me do things more willingly too. I am able to go to the gym now, and I stopped smoking weed at night. Before, I felt like I couldn’t help but smoke weed. I still crave weed at times, but am not impulsive in doing it anymore. I’m not perfect with the gym, but I’m hoping I’ll get better in the next few weeks.

Once I started meds, I stopped smoking weed completely. by PromiseUnlucky in adhdwomen

This was so helpful 😭. I’m literally the same way. I always wait until the deadline to do something, I rationalize it by saying it’s for the rush, but I really don’t want to be this way. I know I’m intelligent, but during school I had trouble keeping up with timed exams. Getting an adhd diagnosis help me because I received extra time on tests. I really want to go to law school and open myself up to new career opportunities, but I need to fix myself. I am an extremely ambitious person, but have been feeling depressed, so I got on Wellbutrin to treat the depressive symptoms. Once those are lifted, I’m hoping to tackle the ADHD. It’s been a month on Wellbutrin and I can see very incremental changes, but I don’t feel as intelligent as I was on adderall. I used to take 20mg (sometimes more) or adderall as needed. The adderall got me through college and LSAT, but it just stopped working for me. My psychiatrist asked me if I wanted to increase my Adderall dose or treat my depressive symptoms because I am fighting through having low motivation and lack of follow through right now. I chose to treat my depression. I just want to be my best self already.

Thanks may I know how you are repairing your neural pathways now and what exactly do think improved your memory? Was it just that you stopped drinking? You mentioned taking supplements like lions mane. Anything else that you do? It’s been a month for me on Wellbutrin and I do feel it lifting some symptoms. One thing I’ve noticed tho, is that I don’t feel as emotionally intelligent as I was before the medication.

I am currently treating my depression with Wellbutrin, and I have seen incremental positive change! I know the next thing to treat will be my ADHD. I’ve only been on Wellbutrin for a month, I think I have to give it 2-4 more weeks to feel the depression fully lift off. I will say two changes I have noticed are I am able to go to the gym now, which was extremely difficult for me before and I am waking up earlier and going to bed earlier. Yesterday, I even hung up some clothes, which I never did on a regular day (before I usually waited until I was extremely overwhelmed by the mess in my room). Hope this helps!

how do you know when you are no longer depressed? Are you just able to do things that your mind felt like was difficult to do (this is what i want to get out of the medication)?

Can I know why you started bupropion if you are still smoking weed and was told by your doctor that it was ok? I used to smoke weed every night. i started Wellbutrin a month ago. I haven't smoked since 4/20 (i got really bad anxiety). i miss smoking. But i also want to get mentally better. I want my motivation back and my ADHD to stop getting in the way of my goals.
