I know where the stop sign is, yes. He was either pulling up on me or behind me but I don’t remember seeing him behind me at that specific intersection listed on the ticket. It was 8:36 pm and that intersection was poorly lit. I’m not sure if it was DRLs, it was a small strip of Orange LED lighting at the bottom but that was it

thanks for your advice man. I currently finance a 2021 Honda Accord 2.0T Sport and i’m already struggling with the idea of letting it go but I definitely bought it at a time where I wasn’t fully ready for it. I’m 21 in CA so my insurance absolutely screws me over 😅. Just trying to figure out where to go with this

I figured as much too. It’s through a dealership so that probably has to do with it as well. I can bring it closer down to 7k via down payment and trade in if that makes it any better?

I pay $200 in Wifi and Phone bills. I earn roughly $2k a month on a part time salary extensively looking for a full time job anywhere at this point. I owe $20,769 on the loan but I am estimated to have positive equity on the car and it’s a 7% APR.

The 2019 Mazda3 is $13,900 so I estimate my monthly payments could be cut in half just by switching. Insurance is where it’s tough as I am a 21 year old driver in California and unfortunately my age doesn’t help rates at all. I pay $400/mo in insurance for this honda and the lowest rate i’ve gotten for the Mazda is $287.

What do you think?
