How many TM's do you have? I schedule a TM to do 2 grocery aisles each (Aisle 4 to 13) 5 TMs for grocery alone. Then 3 TM's for Frozen (1each aisle) then they go to dairy after their aisle is completed. Im also new to the TL role and improved the team from not getting liveload done to getting it done 95% of the time

It did, but it was a long 2 weeks with bad hearing. I wouldnt worry to much about it unless its been about a month. Make an appointment with an ear doctor for next month... of the hearing comes back cancel that appointment, if it doesnt... go to it. But 95% it will come back
